“workhier!” is open to international PhD candidates and postdocs. You’ll take part in interactive workshops, networking events, and career coaching sessions designed to help you gain clarity about your career goals, insights into the Berlin job market, legal know-how for working in Germany, and direct connections with local employers.

Due to high demand, we are offering an additional module for German-speaking scientists in 2026. In compact workshops, networking events, and career coaching sessions, you will reflect on your strengths and goals, learn your way around the Berlin job market, and establish contacts with local employers.
