Developing potential: Talents and youth

We support talent

We initiate projects to promote young talent in the natural sciences (STEM), are a partner company of Germany's best-known young talent competition ‘Jugend forscht’ and are committed to the extracurricular promotion of STEM skills at our locations.

We connect students and graduates with research institutes and innovative companies and ensure the transfer of knowledge. We promote and improve interactions between various stakeholders and future talents with targeted programmes.

We support established companies and institutes in recruiting employees, retaining staff and developing personnel. We also publicise training and job opportunities to school pupils and students.

Projects and support programmes

workhier!

With the workhier! programme, we support international PhD students and postdocs from the STEM subjects in finding and shaping the right career path in the Berlin-Brandenburg capital region.

SLE – STE(A)M Learning Ecologies

In this EU-funded project, we are developing extracurricular learning environments to promote mathematical and scientific skills. We want to get pupils and students interested in STEM subjects and give them both academic and career guidance.

Campus Club Adlershof

With targeted offers, we promote and improve the interactions between talents with research centres and innovative companies. We provide interactive formats to discuss new ideas, network, share perspectives and initiate collaborations.

Jugend forscht

We are a partner company of Germany's best-known youth research competition ‘Jugend forscht’ and organise the Berlin-South regional competition at the Adlershof Technology Park every year.

Promotion of young talents

We support the promotion of young talent in STEM fields, especially for girls and women. We participate in various programmes and event formats to inspire young people.

Adlershof Skilled Workers Network

In the Fachkräftenetzwerk Adlershof (skilled labor network), we support companies and institutes in attracting employees, securing employment and developing personnel. In addition, we make training and job opportunities in Adlershof known to pupils and students.
