Indie developers, it is your turn! Opening in 2026, the House of Games Berlin will be a place for you, and it is time to get some more insights into what we offer.
On October 14th, 2025, at ST3AM Charlottenburg in the Ludwig-Erhard-Haus, you have the chance to join us for our second Townhall meeting—this time, exclusively for indie studios.
On site, you will learn more about your concrete options when it comes to rental models in the future House of Games Berlin. Hosted by project coordinator medianet berlinbrandenburg e.V. and property operator WISTA Management GmbH, our townhall gives you the chance to talk to WISTA CEO Roland Sillmann, as well as Head of medianet Games and New Business Florian Masuth – and get individual consultation regarding your needs and how they fit into our offers and services. And, of course, you will get an overview over the rental costs for spaces in the House of Games Berlin.
As a modern workplace that takes into consideration all challenges and developments games companies currently have to deal with, the House of Games Berlin will offer a lot of flexibility when it comes to renting offices and desks.
