“House of Games Berlin” now has its own design
New corporate design was presented at the gamescom gaming trade fair

At the first “House of Games Berlin” reception during gamescom, the brand new brand design and claim for “House of Games Berlin” were presented for the first time to around 150 guests from the national and international games and creative technologies industry. The entire corporate design and website of the “House of Games Berlin” is being created under the leadership of the creative agency Jung von Matt NERD.
Create. Connect. Empower.
The claim of the “House of Games Berlin” is “Create. Connect. Empower.” and stands for a strong, creative games community that will work together to find innovative solutions to the current and future challenges facing the industry and will have a lasting impact on Berlin as a games business location. The overlapping shapes in the logo symbolize development and growth—reflecting the attributes that “House of Games Berlin” will bring to the games and creative technologies industry in the capital. With this approach, the logo stands for a place where new levels are reached together. A versatile and dynamic color palette was developed to match, reflecting a balance of connection, energy, and innovation - in line with the vision for the “House of Games Berlin”. The people-oriented colors and technology-related accents represent the establishment of a creative workplace where synergies between the players and companies the games and creative technology industry are promoted.
The reception was opened by Jeannine Koch, Chairwoman and CEO of medianet berlinbrandenburg e.V., Lothar Sattler, Head of Directory I – Federal and European Affairs, Media Policy at the Berlin Senate Chancellery, Michael Biel, Secretary of State in the Berlin Senate Department for Economic Affairs, Energy, and Public Enterprises, as well as Roland Sillmann, CEO of WISTA Management GmbH, and Alexander Danisch, Workplace and Property Director at Ubisoft Blue Byte GmbH. Together with game – The German Games Industry Association, they invited guests to the reception as sponsors and steering committee members of the “House of Games Berlin”.
Lothar Sattler emphasized the high political and economic significance of the “House of Games Berlin” project, which is included in the Berlin coalition agreement, for the capital region.
