X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<h3 class="headline--4">The JobMarket Event 2025 once again brings together people who shape the future:</h3><p class="font-size--s"><strong>→ early-career researchers</strong> exploring new career paths beyond academia and&nbsp;<br><strong>→ companies</strong> looking for bright minds to drive innovation, growth, and transformation.</p><p>In the heart of the Adlershof Science and Technology Park, around <strong>70 international PhD candidates and postdocs</strong> from the natural sciences will meet <strong>around 15 companies</strong> from sectors such as green energy, environmental and chemical technologies, photonics, ICT, and R&amp;D-based consulting.</p><p>This year’s event takes place as a <strong>special edition within the “workhier!” programme</strong> – a five-month qualification series for international PhD candidates and postdocs transitioning from research into industry. These participants bring fresh perspectives, expertise, and a strong motivation to start their professional journey.</p><p>Whether you are a <strong>company</strong> searching for talent or an <strong>early-career researcher</strong> ready for the next step – the <strong>JobMarket</strong> offers space for genuine exchange, eye-level conversations, and new perspectives.</p><h3>Event Agenda</h3><ul><li><strong>1:00–2:00 PM – 1:1 Exchange with “workhier!” participants</strong><br>In small, thematically aligned sessions, companies engage in informal and open conversations with 20 participants from the workhier! programme. There is no pressure to match – the focus is on mutual understanding, industry insights, and career paths.<br>&nbsp;</li><li><strong>2:00–4:30 PM – Open Networking &amp; Company Presentations</strong><br>In the second part, the event opens to all invited early-career talents. Companies present themselves with a short pitch (1 minute), host an info table, and engage in conversations with talents from science, technology, and innovation.</li></ul>&nbsp;
