Special conditions apply to Digital Health Week plus (DHW plus):
Experience from the last equally extensive DHW requires adjustments. We ask for your understanding.
- You can only reserve an individual place if you have not already booked the event of the same name in the past (regardless of whether you attended).
- Your booking is binding. Please only reserve a place if you are actually going to attend.
- Bookings for the respective digital impulse can be made up to 48 hours before the start of the event.
- You can select a maximum of 6 impulses from those offered as part of the DHW (March 4 to March 24, 2026). More is better, visiting is good, applying it in your everyday work is even better.
- Your registration will be forwarded to the cooperation partner, who will send you your access data for the online session (after your confirmation, if necessary). If you have not received this (applies only to the DHW) within 48 hours of registration, please contact us. It is not possible to send you your access data shortly before the start of the event.
Background: The DHW in March 2026 is aimed in particular at new users of the Adlershof health network. The cooperation partner enables employees (staff and managers) to make compact use of or get to know a wide range of digital and live-guided initiatives.
Please bear in mind that we want to keep the no-show rate as low as possible for the benefit of employees, employers, dedicated trainers, and the development of this nationwide largest model project in Workplace health management with only free preventive initiatives for its continued existence. Stress, inner pressure, and negative emotions often arise in one's own mind. In this interactive lecture, you will learn which factors play a role in the development of stress-reducing thought strategies and what significance and relevance deeply rooted beliefs have. You will be shown the potential that affirmations offer and how you can develop and use positive and powerful beliefs for yourself. Learn to consciously direct your thoughts, rephrase negative beliefs, and benefit from inner strength even in stressful situations with powerful affirmations.
